These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of mnsbusiness.com, the MNS Business Hub app, and the digital products, subscriptions, business services, training classes, and consultations offered by MNS Business Corp (“MNS,” “we,” “us”). By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

MNS Business Corp provides business services (including marketing and advertising, graphic design, websites, photography and videography, notary, event planning, property management support, commercial cleaning, product branding, and business paperwork), digital products, training classes, consultations, and the MNS Business Hub software subscription.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login and verification codes private, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to act for your business or organization.

3. MNS Business Hub subscriptions

• Plans include Free, Core ($25/month), Premium ($30/month), and Premium Annual ($280/year). Prices and features may change with notice.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel from your account billing area; cancellation stops future charges and access normally continues through the end of the paid period.
• A 2-month trial may be offered to eligible new users. Prior trial users may not be eligible for another trial.
• You keep ownership of the business records you store in your workspace. You grant MNS permission to host and process that content only to provide the service.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, and applicable taxes. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Digital products

Templates, forms, and other downloads are licensed, not sold, under our Digital Product License. Templates are general business tools and are not legal, tax, or financial advice.

6. Business services, classes, and consultations

• Service projects begin after we confirm scope, price, and timeline in writing (for example, a quote, invoice, or agreement). That written confirmation controls if it differs from these Terms.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals on time. Delays in client materials may delay delivery.
• Class and consultation times, formats, and fees are listed at registration or booking. Rescheduling and cancellation rules are in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our website or app, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful or harmful content, sending spam, infringing others’ rights, or interfering with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The MNS Business Corp name, logo, website content, and app software belong to MNS or its licensors. Final deliverables created for a paid service project are transferred as stated in that project’s quote or agreement once paid in full.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website, app, and materials are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent allowed by law, MNS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
