Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Your records are not deleted when you cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upgrading or changing plans<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can move from Free to Core, Premium, or Premium Annual at any time from the Pricing page in the app. Upgrading does not create a new account; your saved records and settings stay in place.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free trials<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Includes a 2-month trial for eligible new users. Prior trial users may not be eligible for another trial.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My plan did not update after payment<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refresh your dashboard or sign out and back in.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Make sure you signed in with the same email you used at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Still not updated?
